Items with custom engravings or personalizations are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. RIMAL jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects such as rust, tarnish, or color fading under normal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or natural wear over time.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

What is Nano-Quran technology?

Nano-Quran technology allows the full text of the Holy Quran to be micro-engraved onto a surface only a few millimeters wide, using advanced laser precision. The engraving can be viewed with magnification.

Do you offer custom engravings?

Yes. We offer personalized engravings in various languages. Please review all custom details carefully, as changes cannot be made once production begins.

How do I choose the correct ring size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the correct fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

How are products packaged?

All orders arrive in elegant, gift-ready packaging. Optional premium gift packaging may be available at checkout.
