At RIMAL, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Right of Withdrawal). Our 30-day return policy includes and extends this right for your convenience.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags
  • Free from scratches, wear, damage, or alteration
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that fail to meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:

- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@rimaljewelry.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Await approval and return instructions from our team
  4. Ship the item using a trackable and insured method

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item): We cover return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • You will receive email notification of approval or rejection
  • Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account

If your return does not meet policy requirements, you will be notified and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, style, or product, return your original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

  • International customers may return eligible items within 30 days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Mark return packages as "Returned Merchandise" to minimize customs charges

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at support@rimaljewelry.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you may return the item following our standard return process.
